LG's G-Slate

Aiming to release in march, LG's G-Slate will have the honor to be one of the very first devices to run Android 3.0 (honeycomb), though Motorola's Xoom tablet will be undoubtedly be released beforehand. The G-Slate will be packed with a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, 32Gb of storage, and will have a 1280x720 (720p) resolution on a 8.9in screen. It will also feature three built in cameras. "Why three cameras?", you may ask. The front-facing 2mp camera can be used for video chatting while the two, 5mp rear-facing cameras will be able to shoot video and take photos in 3D. Yep, its a 3d compatible tablet. Sadly, however, this will not use the same principles of 3D perception as Nintendo's 3ds which means that, yes, you will have to wear those ridiculous looking glasses...even in public.
